Saw the good reviews had a family member who had recommended this place to me, decided to give it a try as I was in the area I would definitely come back! Staff was super friendly very polite I could tell there was regular customers coming back so that’s always a plus and the food was good!

I live in Markham, and there is no churrasqueria around....I stopped into Pollo Loco on my way home today, and I'm so glad I did. Chicken was perfect. Potatoes and rice were also excellent, and the hot sauce was an 11/10. As for atmosphere, there's no seating to dine in, just benches while you wait for your food, but the owner was nice, so I gave it a 5!

This is how a restaurant should be! Delicious food with very reasonable price and friendly owner/staff, AND no BS tipping option like the subway next door. For 12 you get a fulfilling meal. No seating area inside so it’s only takeouts. They do take cards! And have been trying to find restaurant that actually telling the truth when ask if food is no spicy. It does indeed have no spicy option for those of you who have been fooled by many restaurants in Toronto.

Food - I have been going here since I was in High School, over 10 years ago. This place has staying power, and the reason is because of its food and fantastic prices. They offer chicken, with rice and potatoes, which I always get. I appreciate they offer two types spicy and non-spicy. It is savoury, yummy, and filling. I always come back once in a while, and the quality is always the same. Service: The owner is often there, and it's family-owned. They are always sweet, quick, and professional. I also low-key love when they call me hun. Ambience: There is no seating. It's meant for takeout. However, I do love the touches of the family. Accessible - There is accessible parking. Getting in you is a tight fit, but not bad. Overall, it is a true hole-in-the-wall gem in Vaughan. Right across from Wonderland, it won't disappoint. They also aren't on Uber Eats!

Just had an amazing meal at Pollo Loco Their Portuguese chicken is absolutely phenomenal—perfectly grilled, bursting with flavor, and so juicy. The smoky piri-piri marinade had the right balance of heat and tang, and the crispy skin was to die for. The sides were fresh and well-seasoned, and the service was warm and friendly. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic, mouthwatering Portuguese chicken!

Great little place. Chicken is perfect every time. Try the hot sauce it’s not to spicy but incredibly tasty. Staff are super friendly. Sides are great. Large size of rice and potatoes are massive so keep that in mind. This place is exactly what you’d want it to be fresh, tasty, and very consistent. Can’t wait to go back.
